What is the return policy?

You may request a return or refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:
A. Full Refund Scenarios
Core Function Failure: The product cannot perform its main function (e.g., will not power on, core heating feature is non-functional).
Severe Quality Issues: Includes safety hazards (e.g., unstable power supply, burning smell), major defects, or if the product is significantly different from the description.
Wrong or Damaged Delivery: The item was completely damaged during shipping, or the wrong product was delivered.
After-Sales Support Failure: The issue remains unresolved even after reasonable attempts at repair or troubleshooting.
B. Partial Refund or Compensation
In cases where the issue does not affect the core function of the product:
Minor Functional Defects: Non-essential features not working (e.g., indicator light, strap adjustment).
Cosmetic Flaws: Slight scratches or surface blemishes that do not affect usage.
Missing Accessories: Main product is intact, but items like manuals or pouches are missing.
Return Timeline & Process
Return Request Period: Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund request.
Required Evidence: Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue, your order number, and a brief explanation.
Inspection Protocol: All returned items must be in original packaging (if applicable), and unused unless the issue relates to a functional defect.
Non-Returnable Situations
Products damaged due to incorrect usage not following the instruction manual.
Requests made after 15 days of delivery without valid reasons.
Change of mind after extended usage (e.g. after several weeks/months of use).
Missing original packaging (if return is required).
Proven sensitive to heat or plant ingredients we have (please read the ingredients information carefully before purchasing).

How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return, please contact us first through Request a Returnso that we can find the appropriate return method and send the pre-paid return label to you, as well as help us to improve our customer experience. It will usually take up to 3-12 business days for us to review your request. Once the request been approved, you can ship the product back with the carrier. You will then receive a refund after we receive the product.Upon return request, we'll add a prepaid label for you to ship the returned item to us.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Please allow time for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team. From then, Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days approximately to most major cities, world-wide. Please note, some countries will take longer so for the most accurate information, please refer to the days quoted upon checkout
During peak, promotional and holiday periods, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. Please refer to the shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for shipping to your destination. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/Armed Forces addresses.
