What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or other human-related incidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Request a Warranty Service

If you experience any issues during the warranty period:

Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will cover round-trip shipping costs for the repair or replacement.
  • If the issue is not covered (e.g. accidental or human-caused damage), you may still request service, but you will be responsible for shipping fees.

Repair & Return Timeline

  • Shipping and processing typically take 10–15 business days each way.
  • We'll keep you informed throughout the process.
